Eyeing what model the X20 or one of the sherpa models I posted.

I was looking at the x20 option, then TW led me down even more options like the warn VR, Superwinch and then the warn nonVR models, and was looking at the m8000 option.

So of course I bought a drone last weekend...so we will see about the winch timeline, but told my wife that buying a winch was more of an investment.
An investment into putting her at ease when downed trees are blocking us from getting home (in 9in of snow) and oh yeah that whole trespassing golf course service path to bypass two blocked roads after already trying 3 other routes..aka Taco heaven by the way, and only six months into owning it!!

Man I wish she had recorded that night!​

 

If you don't have a winch by the time I give mine up ill offer it to you first. It's already done really well for me.

I purchased some beefy battery terminals last night. I have held off because most of them you need a hydraulic crimper for since you have to snip off the negative lead, but this kit gets around that.

Have those. They're awesome. You might need another terminal depending on how you're doing the set-up.

Harbor Freight has the hydraulic crimpers for fairly cheap. You can also get the hammer version on Amazon, but I want to say that both options are the same price.

 

I should look into this kit, it seems malls are making the parking bumpers larger than normal.

 

I really like the SLEE terminals as well. Esp since I run a group 31 and need the extra length to make the cable not hella taught.
