Not sure how we should feel about that. You’ve been an inspiration to so many, and then to just walk away...sniff sniff

The truth is I don't need a nice expensive truck collecting dust 350 days a year. It is worth more to someone that will drive it and use it daily. We have 3 small suv's and #1 has 30k and #2 has 60k miles. I like a 25 mpg daily driver for around town. One has a hitch and tow package. I can get by with a trailer but will most likely find another 2nd gen 4 x 4 that I can start fresh mods on. Then I can just bank the difference. Not ruling out a LX, GX, 4runner or FJ. Then I could get rid of 1 small suv and still get a 2nd gen truck. Before I retired I drove the 3rd gen 1 day a week. Since I retired it is more like 1 day a month. Partly because I wanted to keep the miles low and the value up. I bought it as a retirement daily but that hasn't been the case. I truly love the truck but I just don't need this truck. If I could go back in time I would have bought the 4 wheel drive version. We have family property in Florida and this rear wheel truck and our AWD small suv are not beach vehicles. That is the sticking point. There was a local 2008 crew long bed 4 x 4 with 75k miles for $17,700 on CL the other day. Way too long for me. I prefer access cab with the long bed. Had a 2008 Prerunner double cab but hated the short bed. Sorry for the rant. Just trying to speak my case for those that are scratching their head. The bottom line is I don't need the money but would rather have a bigger mad money stash than this newer truck.

    Work in progress...
Your truck is Voodoo Blue, I think, so that makes sense to me. A person should get the color of their choice.

A little off topic regarding "blazing blue pearl," but I was looking Tacoma thread on reddit, and this man posted this pic:

    97d80d4.jpg

I replied back to him asking where he was from. He said Eastern Sierra in CA. I told him if it had snowed like that in Mississippi, people thought hell literally froze over. Also said they were predicted to get to get 10 feet of snow in the next 48 hours.
