For no reason at all, I got the "suite" there, which was a huge room. Now I hadn't bunked with anyone since the Army, but the room was huge, and there were some folks that booked rooms with others, and when they go there, found out they would be sleeping on the floor. So, I took on some extra roommates; a guy who had to pee in a jug and who snored horribly, and a gal who didn't have to pee in a jug, but snored even louder. Yay.

 

Out of all of this the thing that intrigues me the most is why didn’t the girl have to pee in the jug?

 

No Country For Old Men was allegedly filmed around Sanderson, but in actuality, most of it was filmed in and around Las Vegas, NM, and Marfa. The trailer park that Josh Brolin's character lived in was the "Desert Aire Trailer Park" in Sanderson, but the filming was actually in NM.

The question should be "why did the guy have to pee in a jug"? There was a bathroom in the "suite", but the guy was hit by a car in downtown Austin a few years prior, and had gotten pretty messed up. He lost a foot, and obviously some other damage had been done that taken away his ability to pee without a jug.

Nah, just his right foot. He couldn't ride a regular motorcycle anymore, but was on a trike.

Not sure, mebbe nothing. We still have a couple of breakfast fatties in the freezer, and I think I'm going to run up to Waco to see the Katy Tigers take on Buda in the state hs football playoffs.
