    There was a shim on each pad. I thought you were saying each pad gets 2 shims.

    I dont have the slotted shims in there just the unslotted ones.
    I'm thinking Lester is right.

    Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
    Could it possibly be a warped rotor causing the pads to "walk" in the calipers?

    I'm thinking because I'm missing the set of slotted shims is the cause.
    Do the slotted shims go between the pad and 2nd shim or vise versa?

    did you put a dab of grease between the shim and the pad and between the caliper and the shim or did you just put grease between the shim and caliper? the shim could be sticking to the caliper, but the pad is not sticking to the shim and pulling away from the pad a little.

    also, check to make sure the gap between the pads and rotor are equal on both sides.

    3" ToyTec coilovers, JBA UCA's, Bilstein 5100's
    Dab of grease on the back of pad, slotted shim, a little grease , solid shim, Usually the shim kit comes with the grease that is to be used. I use anti seize.
