Hey @Crikeymike , I have a 2021 DCSB SR5 2.7L 2wd with stock bumper, sliders, prinsu with 2 Plano cases and awning, and rci bed rack with rtt, rotopax, water port, recovery boards. I’m currently running 5100s on the 5th notch and stick everywhere else, including rear. 265/70/17 KO2s on 17” methods. I’m trying to get to about 2.5” hopefully. Which coil can do that for me if I’m and also let me use the 5100 struts up front? Thanks!

That's a tough one. None of the coils were rated or spec'd out for a 2.7L 2WD unfortunately (all for 4x4's specifically). Even the shortest height lift coil will probably end up overlifting the front end since it's so much lighter than the V6 4WD the coils were intended for.

C59-300 would be my closest guesstimation, and you can run them on the 5100's at the lowest clip.

Yea I understand. Guess I won’t know until I try! If I missed it, I’m sorry but do you recommend the 1/4” taco lean spacer with your coils?

It's 50/50 for those that lean. Generally new trucks don't lean. The coils are even height left and right.

Mike, I was going to email you directly but this seems like a better place to ask so others might benefit from this in the future. To minimize the amount of adjusting and fiddling, can you recommend a lower perch height to shoot for for lift amounts using the C59-314 coil on the IFP Monotube shock? And what kind of lift should I expect with the Light-Med leafs on a doublecab longbed? Thanks for any info you can provide!

Sure, but what lift height do you want?

213mm is the standard coil seat height, then the coils lift 2" on a 3rd gen with stock front end. The next standard coil seat height used is 226mm, which adds 1" of lift to whatever coils are used.

For the 110R springs, just 1" lift on a longbed. We now offer an extra leaf setup for them too. The details are in the description to beef them up a bit.

Cool. That sounds like exactly what I'll need for the rear. Thanks!

Just realized I never gave you an answer to this. Life got a little crazy with a new job and house purchase.

Anyway, just took a measurement and to the top of the shark fin, it looks like I'm at about 73-74 inches total, so not too bad.

Lift is ordered, so excited!!!! I’ll be sure to post before and after pics.

Couple quick questions to those with similar setups. Any issues with break line lengths?

I really like that ExitOffroad site covered everything for a truly complete kit, which is great for a newb like me haha.

You didn’t say what kit or parts you ordered so not sure if you’ll have brake line issues. I’m guessing not so much. I got Dobinsons MRA struts/shocks on last week. The one major thing I can tell you is this: there are no parts lists or instructions included. Finding any is a challenge. Adding to that is other parts, bolts, pieces that might apply to another setup like a 4Runner etc. Calling Dobinsons was my best bet. I got to several points in my install where I was like ummm what are these five different bolts, washers and lock washers for? Oh those are for a Camry mount. Ohhhh! Also see if you can find someone on here that has what ever kit you ordered to save you some time and share some pics etc.

That’s odd, I attached a screen shot of my receipt showing everything I ordered.

I went with the IMS shocks, diff drop, u bolt flip, UCAs. Hoping I don’t regret not getting the MRR but I was already above budget.

Thanks for heads up on lack of parts list or instructions.

how long did it take for shipping with your order?

As long as you have the **940 rear shocks, extended brake lines aren't needed. There's a new longer travel shock that brake lines and extended bump stops are needed for though, but you didn't get those.

Sounds like a nice set up! I’m lovvvvvvin my new suspension.

as for how long it took to get it... my rear shocks were enroute from AUS I believe in a cargo bin and expected in customs in about 10 days at the time. It took about two weeks for everything to come in. I live an hour from the HQ in Miami so I just drove down and picked everything up in person. Post some pics when you get your gear on! Excited to see what you build.

    I’m confused and seeking clarity...
    - Measured from the bottom mount hole upwards to 213mm, will provide 2” lift.
    - measured from the bottom mount hole upwards to 226mm, adds 1” lift??
Is that correct or backwards? Wouldn’t you get more lift when the seat height and coil move up?

It’s an additional 1 inch for a total of 3 inches lift
