I got mine installed today. Way easier than I thought it was going to be. The YouTube videos seem to way over hype the difficulties. No drilling the rivets out bottom came out with a ball joint press and impact the top came out with a quick smack of the air hammer.

The right tools really do make all the difference in how much ass pain this job is.

I like to try to find the easiest way possible even if it ends up taking longer than doing it the hard way lol. Luckily thus was faster than drilling as I did drill one out just to see.

I started with plasma cutter. That's more of a pain in the ass than other techniques

Yeah, agreed. I only use the plasma to cut off the brunt of the hanger. Gives me easier access to the bottom rivets.

Placed my order for some HH, ubolt flip, cross tube and shackles! Now I just gotta place an order for some deaver u402 stage 2s. Trying to find somewhere that included bushings but not the u bolts as I already purchased the u bolt flip from archive.

You could prob ask dealer to not include them. I believe they will as maybe $40 cheaper.

Cheapest price I found that lets you choose u-bolts and bushings individually was Stage 3 Motorsports. Very quick shipping time as well. Ironically I requested only bushings and they sent u-bolts anyways.

Not surprising deaver includes them by default. you can order direct with deaver as well. Or anyone that carries could order without as they drop ship from deaver anyway.

I just ordered through stage 3 motorsports. I’m still waiting on my Bilstein 8112 / 8100s that I ordered three weeks ago. Slowly piecing everything together!

Nice! I have a few changes before I order mine. Weight may change a decent amount. Likely need a custom 402 setup.

    Not much stock left.
I would skip the II’s and go for the III’s.

hmm, just moved and dont have a air compressor setup yet. I dont think my ARB compressor will run an air hammer. Might just be drilling all of them.

Air hammer definitely makes it a breeze. Worth finding a way to run it
