@greengen1 i’m always looking in the Bedford PA Valley too.

if you want to send me out to look at something, I might could do that too while i’m out running around one day.

The lady and I were looking to buy in the fortashby area or PA before she lost her employment. Now i’m frantically trying to find a job so we can get back on that track. :anonymous:

I have a cabin on 21acres on a mountain in WV. I'm just a 2 hours drive from Baltimore. Like I mentioned I only own 21acres but I have a whole mountain and the Potomac river to play on.

    Retirement isn't taxed.

That weighs heavy. But PA is split between two big cities with a whole lot of indecision and mess in between. So I can agree, its hard to decide to move there. But Maryland is no place to stay permanently anymore. :anonymous:

I took a bike ride from my cabin and ended up in Ft. Ashby this past September. I explored it on my bike. Nice area but if you can, take my advice and buy on a mountain.

I was referring to property taxes. Property taxes here in WV is cheap, compared to Md & Pa.

My current tires? About 4800. They’ll be kept as a back up set. I’ll still need to get a 255 spare but that’s for another day.

I'll keep a eye out for you for any deals up here. That 5.25 acre lot near me with well, septic & electric for $20k that I told you about that my other buddy bought was probably the best deal right now up here for land. At that price it was like paying for the utilities and getting the land for free.

This place at the top of my road that sold for $45k was a great deal too. No neighbors in sight and full utilities. I should've bought it myself to flip, but I was able to sell it for the old guy to a buddy of mine.

Boy there’s nothing I like better then to lay on the cold damp ground and do the 1st oil change on the work truck since the engine replacement.I hate the cold .
