Is this aluminum or metal? May be interested depending on price. Any signs of rusting or paint/powdercost coming off? How loud is it at 80mph? I drove alot of long trips and wind noise woukd drive me crazy.

I'm not really sure what the material is. The finish on it is pristine. No blemishes anywhere. I've never noticed any additional road noise from this rack.

 

Trade a Taurus G2C 9mm with less than 50 rounds through it, a OWB Polymer holster, a IWB concealed holster, and an extra mag for it? Was my daily concealed carry for about 4 months but now work Nuclear for TVA and can't carry daily anymore. Your like 2 hours away, BTW, I looked it up and it's aluminum - that's why I'm interested did not want a steel one. I may have other items of interest for trade as well, that's the only gun currently though.
