    So with all the James Bond fans around here, who's seen the new Bond movie Quantum of Solace? I went and saw it opening night with 2 other college buddies(actually 2nd movie in 2 days. Role Models was pretty damn funny!) and we all came to the conclusion that it was good, but we liked the last one a little better.:cool:

    I'm right there with you.. it was good but not as good as Casino Royale.. Lots more action for sure but there was something lacking.. like a followable story line! lol but all in all I freaking loved it!

    Maybe the real problem is the actor Daniel Craig. He doesn't seem to fit the bond profile to me.

    no i dont think so. to be honest, i think he may be my favorite Bond out of all the Bond movies i've seen.

    x2 I love him as Bond, hes grittier and way more believable than most of the other Bonds... and I don't know if you noticed but he's incredibly hot!

    I'm with you, Pierce was the best. Bond is supposed to be sophisticated, not gritty. It will take a few more movies to grow to like Daniel.

    We can all agree Timothy Dalton was the worst Bond.

    AMEN Brother!! Quantum was alright...Casino Royale was better. It was interesting to see how this story actually used some elements from Casino to try and make the story line...It was worth my 6.50...and I'm sure I'll get the DVD

    It was good. It ended too early without a climax but just an "eh." I do like Daniel Craig as Bond. They had to step up the series after Bourne came out. I enjoyed Casino Royale better. I look forward to a 3rd movie with Craig.

    Late to the game here, but Quantum of Solace was unwatchable. The forced switching of camera angles was incredibly annoying and I found myself in foul mood when I left the theater.

    Movies rarely leave the camera still for any length of time, but it was so apparent in that film that I found myself timing it. 7 seconds was the longest still shot, with most being under 3 seconds.

    Casino Royale was the shiat and I definitely like the new Bond guy. He's a great fit for these early-in-Bond's-career films.

    Well tim dalton wasnt the worst but he is second to the bottom. george lazzenby was the absolute worst bond ever. Her majestys service was the name or something like that.

    I saw the movie last night and I thought it was great. Yeah the jumpy camera got a tad annoying, but the movie overall was one of the best Bond movies ever.
