What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I'm glad we don't have to deal with BS like that in MN. Our tags are straight forward and cheaper then that and no annual inspections.

If youre looking for a matching AccessRac, I will be selling mine around March. Its powdercoated black, and has been plastidipped white. Comes with a 40" light bar also. Its going to be an amazing deal!

 

Just remembered.... you'll need to get extended studs for the strut top hat to run a 1/2" spacer and they only work on OEM top hats. Would need to tack them in place for aftermarket.

 

That isn't accurate. Stock studs worked fine on mine, 1/2" thick spacer, lock nuts came with it.

What coils you go with?

 

I think they only require longer studs if you use the factory nuts if you go with a lock nut it works fine.

 

Is that the OEM camera? Pics looks good. Which method did you use to get it to the radio screen and does it show in the mirror as well?

 

I added those and it is a nice look, post pics of the brake tape to see how it works.

They are Bilstein RCD 5100's not sure the actual length on the studs but there is plenty of thread poking out the top of the bolts to get another 1/4 if spacer. I could measure to double check but there was quite a bit of room on the threads still. You cant even see the 1/4" spacer when looking at the coilover from the side because its tucked up in that mount.

Is that for stock coilovers maybe? I can see the stock ones being too short because the bolts were much shorter than the ones that came on my 5100s
