Blinker relay would be my starting place.

I changed your thread title a bit. We reserve the “help” for emergencies.

As the Hazard lights use the same flasher unless OP`s truck has a turn signal relay as well I am not aware of.

Turn signal switch contact for the left side or open circuit between the switch and flasher.

    Depending on what year Truck

Seriously, have you checked the blinkers on the outside? When you put the 4 way flashers on, do all 4 corners light up? If not, then it is probably one of your bulbs. If so, then maybe it's in the turn signal stalk.

Sound's like a bad turn signal switch, here's the system diagram. You should have power on the green wire at the turn signal switch with it in the left turn position and power on the green/white wire with it in the right turn position, light blue/red wire should have power any time key is on (note power will blink with the lights)

OP, what caused your issue? My left blinker stays on while stalk isnt engaged. When i try to engage left or right on the stalk, the left signal stays on and right wont come on. Hazards work as well…… got a 96 ex cab

Check your Turn signal sockets for corrosion .

You have checked your turn signal fuse different then the emergency flashers.
