All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
F that, throw that mount in the trash!!!

Do you have some? What thickness/guage, I need some sheet steel for my rear mini tub in my old Foxbody - I have wire to weld stainless so could use it if there is enough.

Not surprised coming from a guy that discharged his firearm next to my head. If I wasn't deafened at the time you would have had an ass kicking then. Maybe you will learn some firearm safety from this incident, you are lucky you haven't killed anyone yet.

So I assume you have a bullet hole in your truck also. Also depending on what gen Taurus you have, it may also have the shake fire issue some of the Taurus' of the past have had. You might not have even hit the trigger, if they shake hard enough they can fire. This is not a Taurus bash post, just more of a "maybe this is what happened post"

a lot of bad ass stuff
Its random pieces from Kitchen equipment. Mostly lids from counter top coolers that wont be used again, and some condenser (grated) vent covers that wont stay on. over all the majority isn't very thick. Once I get tried of seeing them in my storeroom, and get them loaded up, I can meet up with you for you to have a look. or if you are ever at the TVA building downtown you can let me know and stop by the Chattanoogan.

The only ND I had I was making holsters for my friends shield, he had some aluminum 9mm in there. I dropped the mag, racked it ( didnt pay attention to if it extracted) and pulled the trigger pointed at the wall. Pissed myself, best part was that bullet didnt even make it through the 2nd layer of OSB. My ears rang for months.

I knew only one guy who had multiple ND's. And he carried a gun while we served together. I nicknamed him Murphy.

ND #1: Bought a shotgun, brought it to a friend's apartment in downtown Tacoma, unloaded it (the "fun" way) and went to the bathroom for a piss. How friend played with the gun while he was in the bathroom and loaded it. Guy came back, racked it and pulled the trigger. Shot out a window.

ND #2: Bought a WASR and drum mag, installed a bipod and rested the legs on the bed rail of his new truck while he stood on the ground. Rapid fired his firearm so much that he was compensating for the recoil a little much, legs fell off the rail and one round through the side of the bed. Picture below.
    FB_IMG_1437966360194.jpg

ND #3: He buys a S&W 500. One day he calls me and asked, "How many walls do you think a .50 cal can go through?" Needless to say, shortly after, he was kicked out of the apartment complex he was living in at the time.

Close call #1: At Bullseye's in Tacoma (indoor range). He bought a POS rail mounted light for his 96A1. Light wasn't staying on so he was beating the loaded gun against the wall next to him to try to get the light to stay on.

I'm sure there's more I can think of if given the time. Glad you're ok @Pizzasteve5717.
