Will they still hold XRP and not allow more purchases or getting rid of it completely?

I think just holding it till the lawsuit is settled and it's dependent on the outcome I guess. I pulled out of there and went to their competition xlp. It had already spiked but I still made a few bucks. If I could log on, I was going to sell before the bubble popped on it, but I guess that's too late now

Just a reminder, coinbase is a broker, NOT a wallet (though they do offer wallets). If you plan on holding crypto long term, transfer it out of coinbase into a wallet. If they go out of business or something, you lose what you have in there

I just put in a sale of XRP and coinbase cancelled my transaction, that's a first.

XRP is not getting delisted by Coinbase, trading is being halted. You can only set limit orders right now, not market orders for it. This must be done through CB pro. If you have XRP on Coinbase, you will still have access to it if you choose to withdraw it to a wallet or move it to an exchange like Uphold that is planning on continuing to trade it.

For those of you having issues with Coinbase going down when the market really starts to move, get used to it. It’s been doing that for years now. You can also use your Coinbase login to log into Coinbase pro. There you can set limit orders to buy and sell at set price points and they will go regardless if the app is down or not. You can also sign up for a Binance.us account and trade on there the same way with limit orders. Since they updated their app a few weeks ago, it works extremely well and they have additional digital assets available such as ADA and VET for example.

My money! I hate watching so much gains disappear in a day, but it is what it is and I know it will level off, then go back up.

Crypto is a long game, and with the world trying to burn itself it's good to hold onto some in the portfolio. At least that's how I'm looking at it. I pulled about 70% out and left 30% in the big coins.

Im in for not a ton of money, but I have about $2500 mixed between ETH, doge, and litecoin. After everything settles down, I will be dumping another 1500 into bitcoin though. My stocks are doing just fine though, they are a mix of high dividend stocks and high risk pennies.

I do wish I would of sold saturday night though. But Im still up overall.

The market drop took the total Market cap back down to retest the previous ATH. ETH dropped to retest previous resistance of $900 as new support. The alt coin market cap rejected off the .786 fib level...The last significant resistance before ath. I’m guessing we will see some decent volatility in the next week or so. It will eventually Mellow out and coil tighter before the next big move up.

I bought more ETH on the dip and traded the rest of my btc for LTC since the LTC/BTC pair was down 20%. I plan on holding these until the alt coin market cap passes ath and gets close to the 1.618 fib extension. That’s around 700 bill where I’ll sell ETH and LTC into cash in anticipation of the next (and hopefully last) big drop before we really take off. I’ll buy lagging alts and hold on for major upswings.

This is only about 5% of my portfolio I’m trading with. Everything else is a longer term hold until the alt season kicks into full swing.

I guess I can delete my Off-Topic post.

With crypto being so crazy, is it worth it to get in now? What about these "free" mining apps I'm seeing?

    Obligatory Bee and Pi referrals:

Here is my referral link for BEE Network. Get 1 free BEE when you join BEE: use my username (rovnrev) as your invitation code. Download at https://bee.games/download.html

To claim your Pi, follow this link https://minepi.com/rovnrev and use my username (rovnrev) as your invitation code.

I signed up for each app because its seems super low effort to open once a day and maybe get some crypto. Could flop, could pay off but I dont see the harm.... at least not anymore harm than what the governments doing tracking our cell's anyway.
