    Just another report on my gears; still loving the extra bit of zip these gears give my 2013 DCLB. Finally was able to get in a controlled road trip at a consistent 73-75mph without head or tail winds and managed to get 18.9MPG. That's pretty good for my lifted truck on 33s. I noticed that the truck doesn't seem to "hunt" for gears as quickly when encountering a hill. It pulls along in high gear longer and downshifts later, all while maintaining the set cruise speed.

    I'm usually doing 80+MPH on the interstates in Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming and my MPG is below 16. Last tank I measured under "normal" conditions before the gears was in the 17s. I think its safe to say these gears have given me back at least one mpg and quite possibly closer to two. I need some more of the same kinds of roadtrips to get more data. Absolutely zero regrets in installing these gears!

    Yep, thats it. Stock air intake system, stock exhaust, no tune currently loaded. I'm running Cooper P285/70R17s with about a 2" lift.

    Just got my gears in the mail will be installing tomorrow night! Unfortunately I'm putting my new differentials in as well so wont be able to accurately review the cam gears as I will be keeping to the break in guidelines for my diffs. Thanks for the candy as well!

    So I installed cam gears last night and first impressions are great, noticable smoother idle, no more spark knock, engine definitely seems quiet and runs happier, always felt like engine was running like it was heat soaked, no more! Combined with my new 4.88s it's like a brand new 15 year old truck.
