Buyer Beware: KTJO 4X4 Driver's Side Grab Handles w/ A Pillars, HUD, and Bowl Lights

The storage effort is not really that great. The bigger effort is finding where the item is stored when the time comes to use it.
I have several vertical wall-mount parts cabinets bought from Radio Shack 50+ years ago. Other stuff is in clear plastic "jewel" boxes. Still more stuff is just "around here somewhere".
When I started saving stuff you couldn't just go on the internet and find what you need.. in fact you couldn't go anywhere on a computer cuz computers didn't exist.

Problem is.. as the years go by and you accumulate more and more stuff..
you also get older and older.. and often you can't remember where you put it..
and you might spend hours and hours over many days looking for it..
before you realize that you finally pitched it 15 years ago because you mistakenly thought you'd never need it.

 

ok, thanks to tonered and his supplied list of how to get in touch with KTJO4x4 I was able to get ahold of Brian on Instagram, team_KTJO4x4, he gave me my tracking#, lo/behold the next day it arrived apparently it was USPS delayed.

LOL, another problem was that I ordered the wrong color and thought we had cleared that up as viewing the pre-order list the color was changed to black, BUT I recv'd the Gray(as on the original invoice). Brian was very willing to help me in doing a Swap. Excellent CS once I knew how to get a hold of him. He also mentioned they are shipping out the upgraded hardware(rivnut). I asked if I could share the contact info

I can actually do you one better. I sent an email to KTJO waited a few days and then noticed that I forgot the “4X4” in the email address and resent it. I was contacted by Brian about doing a swap within a day and because I was local he offered to come and do the swap in person. Brian came by this morning and swapped out my handle today. I am now a totally happy camper and just need to do the actual install.
