Suspension: King extended travel 2.5s w/ rez, Icon RXT leaf pack on option 1, JBA UCAs (painted black since the red stands out too much)
Tires: 285/75 R16 BFG K02s
Wheels: Enkei RPT1 in 16x8, 0 offset
Misc: Cab mount chop, axle shims, ECGS bushing

Just curious what's everyone's take on the black fender flares on the QS?
Ive see the RDJ matte blacks with the "bolt" feature, ive see the more streamline black ones that are a little thinner.
Then a combination of bolt on the back, and streamline on front... which I kinda like.
I have the SR5, stock suspension and tires... would you think the streamline fit would look better?

having a hard time deciding.

 

I have the paint to match, purchased the OEM black, and then decided I like the QS and now have to resell them.

Our color really needs black accents to compliment it. For a stock truck, I like the look of the OR's black flares.
Serious off Road looking Rig = black flares. Clean street truck w/ enough accents = color matched flares.

 

Well, I plan on adding the black letters to the tailgate, I have the all black rims, im putting on new black badges, will have a black bed rack and black tent cover.... I think black will look good. Just not sure if I go with the bolted look, or a cleaner standard black flare with a matte black.

 

You have an example of the flares you're on the fence with?

 

Either the cleaner, streamline, probably TRD OEM style... matte black:


or the bolted look, of which I would probably spray the bolts black.

 

Added a set of aftermarket Quicksand bumper caps purchased through eBay. Package arrived one day earlier than expected. The caps were wrapped in three layers. Paint isn’t exact, but close enough for my satisfaction.

Don’t worry- my 2017 trd sport bumper caps and fender flares weren’t quite the same color from the factory either, but close enough

 

How could you not love this colour with a ton of matte black?!! My first Taco. 2020 offroad I’ve had for a week and I CANT STOP MODDING!!!

Hey all, I think you all have seen the sets of like a 15 piece liner set for interior cup holder, inner door pocket, etc... i have never seen a QS or tan color? Has anyone got a lead on that? The one on Amazon im looking at has an orange color, but that aint gonna cut it....
