It sounds like it's going to be a great park. Great plans. On the webinar there were several people concerned about proof of financials, scam, etc. If they can get it up and going I think it will be a great addition. One guy kept saying it was comparable to Barnwell and bringing up their membership cost, which this is definitely in a whole other league if they get it where they are talking about.

 

Glad I live near BLM land, gonna take full advantage until I get sent back to the land of pay to play

 

We use an 11" i pad air on ours, it works great

 

I hope they do well. More options is more better.

Higher than I’d like to see, but if they actually use the money to improve the park, maintain the trails, etc, I’ll pay it.

 

Their plan keys on going a different direction than other parks. The membership fee is there to basically finance the improvements/infrastructure for the first three years, all on it's own. That way they open the park and for the first three years everything they want to do is covered. Whatever comes in during that time is -supposed- to be spent on banking for additional improvements and operations.

 

Have you been out to Bee Canyon yet? Used to be a fun spot, years ago. Cleghorn is too, in the snow.

No, there is closer stuff for a quick fix and more interesting stuff about the same distance. Everytime I see pictures it's a bunch of kids in 2WDs and fully optioned rubicons.
