Damn, that looks perfect. I have my Headstrong 1.5" AAL sitting in the garage waitingto install but I ordered the 0.5" spacer to give me the full 2" but after seeing your truck... I'm like hmmm :bananadead::anonymous:

I’m now rethinking the spacer blocks for the rear part of my Eibach kit I’m going to install. If I add the 2” Wulf AAL in rear, will I need to do anything with diff, so as not to get vibrations from the lift in rear?

You may need to if you are going w/ the 2nd notch and Wolf leafs. Some people have used carrier bolt spacers and/or wedge shims.

@Duke4x4 has his at the 2nd notch, Wolf AAL, and has been having some vibe issue. Although he mentioned they may have been there before the lift install.

I also have a 1” spacer, and a tapered 1.5” spacer blocks as options. I am going to be installing the Eibach kit at the 2nd notch. I just thought with my RTT I carry(120lbs) the AAL might be better. I don’t want vibes, and thought with the tapered 1.5” spacer block, that would prevent that. With just the AAL, I wasn’t sure. I’m not sure which I should go with. I generally don’t haul a lot of heavy stuff.

I mean you could go with blocks with a RTT but you will prob. see your leafs start to flatten at some point, an AAL would help to combat that. Either way you may need carrier bolt spacers or shims with that height you want in the back.

What size carrier bolt kit do I need to prevent vibes with a 2.5” lift up front, and a 2” AAL in rear? Will I still need shims too?

Yes, I decided after talking with guys at Eibach, that going with 2nd notch up front(I ordered aftermarket UCA’s) and go with the Wulf 2” AAL in rear, it will be good.
I guess if there’s a vibe due to driveline angle, then I’ll try the Toytec carrier drop spacers.

    Sheesh!! So many decisions..

Yeah, I wish it was as easy as we want it to be. I want the same exact components (2nd notch/Wolf AAL) and lift you are looking at. I'm just going to expect to get vibes and prepare myself for that headache.

Yea, I’m going to just go ahead and order a carrier spacer drop kit. If I don’t need it, then oh well.

Hmm, I’ll have to reach out to him to track how he gets rid of it. Thanks for the heads up.

887's are known for settling so you will lose some height in the front. UCA's are a must with those lift heights.

Didn't Toyota correct the front vibration in 2019 & newer truck by not using the needle bearing anymore?

I have the rearend clunk already but hoping some angle shims will get rid of that

No, needle bearing have not been replaced in the '19-present trucks. It's still a good idea to replace it if you think you're getting the front vibes.

Hey, also you might want to order a shim as well in case you need it. Better safe than sorry. https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p119/Axle_Shims_-_(2_degree_to_4_degree).html

From what I've read, "calculate 1 degree for every inch of lift so if 2 inches of lift, 2 degree shims."
