Cheap but it works....I usually just camp out on our property with my family...my son uses a hammock, but he's 18 and hikes out 50 miles...not me. This is comfortable for me and a good value.

I like this option. Probably could make it fit a Softopper with some Velcro. Who makes it?

This is beautiful. On a side note, I love those yellow decals.

I think I would really like it at $250. It’s semi-custom and has little competition, though, so I get the price.

Did you ever set this up with a softopper? Curious to try myself as well.

I'm 6' 3" and I sleep in my long bed at an angle just to fit. I have no say in the matter...

Reading through these posts is humorous. Hammock, Ground tent. Give me a break. Its 10F outside with a foot of snow and the ground is frozen solid. Sleeping in the PU bed is the quickest and best option in rainy/snowy weather. The OP said they wanted to camp with their GF. Doesnt sound like fun in one or two hammocks. I bought a tent cot this year for covid fall hunting. We usually sleep 6 in a outfitter wall tent. The tent cot keeps you off the ground in wet fall weather and is small enough for body heat to keep warm but only room enough for one.

Tailgate down. Shell window open. Tarp tied down. We didn't feel like setting up the ground tent since we wanted to pack up and get moving early in the morning without leaving the tent up to dry out from condensation overnight in cold temps.

I'm 5'11 and I can just barely fit in my long bed (straight with no angle) with my legs stretched out. My biggest problem is the soles of my feet touch the door and the door has no insulation lol. Makes my feet cold.

Try Insulated booties? I drag mine along into the alpine because I too suffer from cold feet.

I'll just sleep at an angle like the other guy suggested. It shouldn't be a problem at my height.
