    It looks real to me too but as a joke, the part above is actually the bottom panel of the garage door and the rest looks like styrofoam.

    You know you might be right on the styrofoam but I don't think this includes photoshop - I think the dude straight up put a piece of sturdy white foam to "close off" his garage. It doesn't "look" photoshopped to me, just shitty in real life. Like you said the bottom of the top section is very much just the bottom of a garage door.
