New for 2021 is our long awaited Under Seat Compressor Mount. With the help of our Seat Jackers, this mount will allow you to mount any ViAir or ARB compressor under your passenger seat. Yes, you can put your Twin ARB under your passenger seat.

**Front and Rear Seat Jackers required. You can not fit the air compressor unless you use our Front and Rear Seat Jackers.**

If you're like us and never liked the idea of mounting your compressor out in the elements, then this is for you. Our mount will allow you to have easy access to your compressor with out fumbling through your engine bay, truck bed, or rear cargo area.

Please note that when installing its important to zip tie all factory and compressor wiring under the seat away from the compressor to avoid damage due to heat.

    • Fits 2005-2021 Toyota Tacoma, 2003-2021 Toyota 4Runner,
    • 4Runners with power seats will NOT fit a Twin ARB compressor.
    • Installs under the front of the passenger seat only, will not fit under driver seat.
    • Include molle type pattern on side to mount air compressor fittings, air down tools, tools, flashlights, etc.
    • Proudly Made In America
    Options:

Under Seat Compressor Mount w/Front and Rear Seat Jackers -
For those that do not have our passenger seat Front and Rear Seat Jackers, this is the option you need.

Under Seat Compressor Mount w/Front and Rear Seat Jackers & Fittings - For those that do not have passenger seat Front and Rear Seat Jackers, this is the option you need. The fitting kit includes: 18" of DOT 1/4" air line, two 90 degree push fittings, quick connect, and bulkhead fitting.

Under Seat Compressor Mount - No Seat Jackers - This is for those that already have both Front and Rear Seat Jackers and just need the mount. THIS WILL NOT INSTALL OR PROVIDE CLEARENCE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FRONT AND REAR SEAT JACKERS.

Under Seat Compressor Mount & Fittings - No Seat Jackers - This is for those that already have both Front and Rear Seat Jackers and just need to mount. The fitting kit includes: 18" of DOT 1/4" air line, two 90 degree push fittings, quick connect, and bulkhead fitting. Here are a few, the installed pics are in a 2019 4Runner (less room under a 4Runner seat than Tacoma seat).

This is a good idea. How are people thinking about powering the compressors? Is there an access line in the cabin that can handle the excess current, or are people running a dedicated power system to the compressor?

Its possible the factory ARB harness will reach if your battery or aux fuse panel is on the passenger side firewall. But I would plan to get a extended harness, they can be found for about $30.

What Viair model was used in this pic (will this fit a 400P?). How did you mount the Viair to the under seat mount (will those brackets be available for sale)?
And here I thought I was done with truck mods until I could recoup from Christmas...

The ViAir model pictured above is the 400P. The brackets are the factory brackets with the rubber bumpers removed and the bracket rotated 45 degrees (remove and reinstall the 4 allen bolts on each side).

Nice, any ViAir should work perfectly, plenty of clearance.

Initial thoughts - I'd probably clip the factory alligator clips off the Viar half way and fashion both sides of the bare wire with Anderson power poles (https://smile.amazon.com/Anderson-Powerpole-Connectors-Pair-Genuine/dp/B005P9CATU/ref=sr_1_4?crid=1R0HBTCNAUWF1&dchild=1&keywords=anderson+power+poles+30+amp&qid=1610237410&sprefix=anderson+powerpoles+%2Caps%2C278&sr=8-4&th=1). This will allow me to
    1. Get back to normal functionality if I ever needed to.
    2. Create a long wire to attach between the compressor and the alligator clips to extend a wire to go from the cabin to the battery (or another truck's battery) via an open window/door while I figure out a more permanent solution
    3. My permanent wiring (still using Powerpoles) will probably go through a grommet under the seat or through the boot near the AC drain where a lot of CB/Ham radio installers are pushing the antenna wires through and snake around to a fuse box.

First draft install thoughts... open to other suggestions/ideas.

Is there like a cover or something that bolts to those mounting ears on the top sides of the mount?

Good call on going through the floor grommet, that's what we did for both Tacoma installs (Twin ARB on a 2018 DCSB and Single ARB on a 20212 DCSB).

No, we aired up three vehicles in a row, one with 32" tires, one with 33" tires and one with 37" tires, no issues or concerns as long as the wires are zip tied out of they way.

edit, we did this several times. Even in the dead of Las Vegas summer.

We put those so folks could mount a cover if they wanted but a cover is not necessary.

Do you sell the cover or is something the end user would have to make?
