Hmmmm. I definitely understand hard to explain vibrations been dealing with mine for two years. It seems mine come from from the front end though. It’s not mostly steering wheel but seat which points towards rear but the vibrations for me are rotational it feels like.I have a laundry list of things I have join and confirmed 3 degree operating angles for all the rear drive shaft, had it balanced, replaced the ujoints, and drums and shoes, tighter springs and various front end things too lol (brakes, tires, CVs).

I had mine aligned fairly close to how yours is set up now. Eventually I changed the lower control arm bushings and I had to have it realigned. The second alignment it ended up with 4.5* and 4.9* of caster. I liked the first alignment more than the one it has now.

I had to do all new lower control arms with bushings and ball joints, also had to cut out the toyota OEM alignment bolts because everything was seized. went with SPC alignment bolts and they are a tad bit sloppy compared to the toyotas so we will see how these fair. the short drive home from the alignment shop felt good. first time getting up to 50mph with the new lift as well. tomorrow will test it out on the highway and see what cruising speeds feel like.

Dang.. How long have you had your seat covers? What kind and do they shift a lot? Currently have a towel down on my driver's seat because I'm either wet, salty, or covered in welding smoke when I hop back in the truck... I saw someone mention they installed Rixxu covers yesterday, and have been browsing those, but am not seeing a good set for the rear seats. No 2/1 set up.

I pretty much keep my rear seats down for the dogs, dive gear, or napping in the truck so thats not so much of an issue.
