What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Looks good. I’ve settled for a gold colored one that leaks. That’s a good find.

 

Yup! He was actually selling his truck with this thing on it, and he agreed to sell it separately. Paid to stay diligent! They’re out there.

 

I picked up a 4Runner ac control to get away from the red. Installed and a bulb was out. Took it apart and it’s like this inside.

so I went to try and go the easy route and replace just the face. But the 4Runner face plate is bigger than the face plate for the Tacoma and does not fit properly. The 4runner face plate has sharp corners and is about 1 to 2 mm to tall and 1 to 2 mm too long. Has anyone who has replaced this come up with a fix?

 

Anyone know of a shop that has tuned the 5vz and and autos on standalones?

This one isn't leather but still feels nice, there are others on the site with leather but I could only find it in black.

 

Added the console bumpers (90084-54010) and gas flap bumpers (90541-06058) today. Definitely a nice change to not be slamming the console on the bottom cubby and not have a rattling gas flap

 

Do you have the part # for the gas door rubber stops by chance? Can't seem to find it and happened to run across this on sure luck.

 

Sure do, 90084-54010 Pipe Shield Cushion . Got them from McGeorge for like $2.50, shipping was like $7 so it might be worth to lump it in with other stuff
