2018 4cyl to 2021 6 cyl ?

My offers keep going down

Dealer now offered $34200 for DCLB sr5 4x4

 

I was looking for that exact truck back in February and couldn't find one. Dealer ended up getting a cement DCLB TRD OR. At the time, it wasn't much more than the 2021 SR5s are going for now, but things have obviously changed with supply/demand. I'd be pretty happy with that truck for 34K if I were buying today.

I only went cement. Hope to buy in a day or two

my budget is $32k. Stretching it 2 more for the LB

OLD:

• My 2018 SR Utility lease - sold it today, with 40,000 miles. Got $2,500 more than lease buy out on it.

NEW:

• 2021 Tacoma Cement, SR5, V6, Double Cab, 4x4, Long Bed, Red interior accent.
• MSRP $37,997 ($35,805 vehicle + $1017 in options all weather floor liner/door sill + bed mat + predator steps). - Didn't really want the predator steps, but oh well.
• $34,400 selling price. + TTL that I will pay in my home state (Contacted 63 dealers in the USA. Had deals almost in Nor Cal, but we were too far apart at end, and most didnt have color I wanted)
• $3,597 total discount.

Very happy with the deal.



Will post pics upon delivery. Can't wait for the v6 and some extra room in the cab, after living with access cab 4 cylinder for 3 years!

funny my 18 tacoma 0 mods in 3 years . Actually no oil change even in 40k miles

new truck - not here and already $200 total mod ordered (I know start of slippery slope)
