I'm so unfamiliar with the east Coast lol. I've been to or through every state west of the Mississippi with the exception of Nebraska. I've only been to the east coast twice, Massachusetts and NY

Went and checked out that 2008 535xi, I dunno man, BMWs seem to just be an endless supply of trouble codes and owners who think that normal people can't read shadow codes. I could see he tried to erase the codes by the date the shadow codes said the pending and conformed codes had been dismissed.

Today was actually pretty exhausting too; I was dealing with that couple and the blown motor C600 for hours.

 

When you say 'blown' motor I assume it's not the fun kind of blown motor

Best part is, the car got to that point after their neighbor changed their oil for them last week.

Oil level was good after getting it checked by someone apparently (not by me, I didn't want anything to do with that thing), but it sounds dry as fuck and knocking stupidly loud.

 

Yeah someone either didn't tighten the drain plug or did the ol' drain the oil and fill the transmission

 

Not that it says much lol but the guy is an actual mechanic for the county.

Still, I was like "why didn't you just get it serviced at a Mercedes dealer"

When an excuse came out, that's when I walked away.

 

So among us is pretty darn fun.
