Good morning folks:hattip:. Another day in life and all is well.

Started our trip to Florida yesterday with our first stop in Williamsburg VA to visit with our friend whose husband just died from complications from dementia. Next stop is Camp Lejune to visit with the Grand daughter.(her husband is on deployment) . Bringing her down some Taylor pork roll, a little taste of home.
Have a great day all and be safe.

Growing up in Maryland and taking a summer vacation to Ocean City Maryland every summer, one of the highlights was a Taylor Pork Roll sammy on the OC Boardwalk one night during the vacation.

Welcome Maner. How have you been?

Good morning Sue, I try to put laundry day off until I need clean clothes. I don't like doing laundry but alas it does need to be done. Enjoy the walk with the girls. Glad you can still have Annie on walks. I wish her well. Enjoy the day and be safe..

Morning all. Well the epic search for a new TV continues. Believe it or not I’m trouble finding one small enough.

The space I have is limited. But I still want a full featured model. Seem they don’t put all the bells and whistles on smaller TV’s.

Add that to salesmen who just won’t listen to what you’re looking for and it’s a royal PITA.

:rain: Good Morning Porch folks! Took the luxury of going back to bed since it was just cold and raining, which is what it's doing now anyway! Temps are dropping through the upper 30*'s though, should be interesting soon. I have absolutely no plans today other than football anyway, maybe make the wife a fire, and figuring out something warm for dinner.... Enjoy!

:hungry: now I'm hungry. Had an English muffin for breakfast but would have liked something more filling .

Finding what you want is always a task. It's like buying a car...if you want this you have to get thos package or you can't have it. Electronic tech is pretty much the same. Happy hunting.

Sounds like a good day ahead Kurt. Enjoy.

 60's/wannabes/Susan. Second really sunny -- but cold! -- day in a row. Yesterday I did a bunch of outdoor stuff, mostly washing the cars, a few other odds and ends too. Today I think I will take the convertible out for a spin! Sounds crazy but the combination of heated seats, wind blocker, and ventilation dumping out warm air makes it suprisingly cozy. I just need to mind the top of my head. :)

It was snowing, sleeting, and raining all at the same time, but could not get a good pic of that. Brought in some wood from the smoker stash to keep the wife and doggy warm and happy...

    Perfect day for it.

How small? If you can go to a 49 -- these guys and their service are second to none. If you are ok with ordering -they flat out have the best on-line service anywhere. TV wise - I have bought 2 in the last 1 1/2 years - a 43 Samsung and a 65 Sony - If I was doing it again -they would both be Sonys. Nothing really bad about the Samsung --just that the Sony is so much better. Good luck in your search

Doing port steaks on the Weber Kettle this afternoon.

Hat size TV are you looking for?

Nice choice. I also recommend Crutchfield. Quick shipping and do not be afraid to purchase an Open Box or Scratch nd Dent offering. I have bought 4 of them over the years with no issues what so ever.

If you can do 48" tv this one is a top of the line with all bells and whistles. I have the 2019 version but in 65" that I purchased in February of 2019. No issues to date with the TV. It was a scratch and dent purchase. Sony MASTER Series XBR-48A9S 48" A9S Smart OLED 4K UHD TV with HDR (2020) at Crutchfield

You must be relatively close to San Antonio. I sent my son (who lives there with his family) a picture of the car with the top down, and the thermometer showing 41F. He sent one back with a thermometer showing 39! In San Antonio! And it was raining.

I'm about an hour or so North, we are right at the South edge of the winter storm line here, so if you go 20 minutes South, nothing but wet. And we're a little colder at 33*!

Not as much this year, but happens almost exactly two years apart in early January.

Played some golf yesterday. Slightly overcast, perfect golf weather.

I’ve got two more Tacoma upgrades on backlog now, dual low tone horns to replace my “meep meep” single horn, and OEM bed lights. Busy with the work and now yesterday’s first winter snow, may be spring projects o_O

That's been HALF of the excuses! Last year, Wife actually said she might like to try. I may actually remind her of that.
