Any reason you rolled it on instead of spraying it? I used the same stuff but from a can on my back chrome bumper caps. Held up well for over a year now.

The can(s) I had didn’t have a consistent texture, could have been old maybe. The texture from rolling on seemed to look identical pretty much everywhere. I’m not saying don’t spray it, I was just happier with what I ended up with.

Not necessarily. MGM is notorious for the doors not matching the rest of the body panels. I somehow doubt it is only MGM getting repaired due to shipping damage. Not to mention, but the whole door is a different shade, I doubt the dealer is swapping whole doors on only MGM trucks. Tons of threads here about it.

I would need to see pictures. Could be factory paint mottling or could be re sprayed. Gray/silver especially metallic are the worst for mottling and matching.

Mine is black and I can't say I see any paint lines on the bumper cover. The bumper cover is a little more textured though, but I believe that was intentional.

My fender flares are unpainted and I actually really like the look.

Yeah, it's cold. Best option I have is an automatic car wash and it won't do as good of a job, but is better than nothing. I'm a little apprehensive of rinsing the undercarriage there due to the high pressure since I put Woolwax on it.

Oh you have woolwax, good man. No worries then.:)

I live in a condo so i mostly use the self car wash and pressure wash the salt off before parking in my underground. Otherwise when i have time, i go to work and clean my truck.

Yeah, I live in an apartment so a hand wash is really not an option for free. I do take it down to the local car wash and do it by hand on occasion, but right now it would just result in frozen soap and me being cold. But the touchless is better than nothing!

Touchless carwash is not bad at all man, as long as you are not using those huge dirty brushes they have then all good!

Yeah when the water freezes after washing the truck, its not fun to open doors haha!

Well your truck is MGM, im guessing it doesnt show dirt that much?

I always wash my truck once a week at work, after i pick it up for the weekend. I gotta keep that ceramic coating clean so it stays hydrophobic;)

I vacuum once ever couple months usually. Im sure if i had a garage, i would clean the interior more often.
