Well you certainly dress like it! Are you stocked up on pastels too?

 

Ford: $200 to cut and program a key
Ace: $4 to cut and I program it myself

 

My truck can be opened with a butter knife. But everytime I take my knife out at the dealer they get all scared, no one wants to program it :/

 

That's weird, how? You said you couldn't without two original keys

You can't the easy way. But if you delete all the keys with Forscan you can program new keys with Forscan

 

Hell yeah.

I don't know if it's changed for the later models but most FCA vehicles...you couldn't reuse a key fob that has been programmed to another vehicle. Think of it as a one time use; stupid waste of money on the consumer end.

 

You could start and drive away Miguel's van with anything, lol. I used my house key once.

FCA last time I checked, if you lose all the keys you have to replace the ECU. the fiats for sure are still like that. Toyora use to till about 2003

One of my favorite days in a while. Woke up and got a long run in with an old teammate from my cross country days. About 4-5 inches where we ran and 3 in town.

Went home and changed then got back out for some mud/snow wheeling. Texans are dumb (in this weather) so I was put in dangerous spots a few times. Like people driving up a steep narrow road should have right of way. No one airs down or has throttle control either so a lot of vehicles were getting stuck.

Reminds me of my last snow outing in November. Saw Jeeps sliding all over from not airing down and even saw one slide into another vehicle.

Hardly anyone abides by the uphill right of way rule and generally I end up having to make way for assholes going way too fast anyway.

I love snow wheeling but it's a risky venture out here unless you go on an actual 4x4 trail where the general public shies away from

Yeah this is a public OHV area and I left early after people kept making me uneasy. Hope I can get the flatbed out here soon and not have to worry. During New Years in big bend a buddy of mine got side swiped by a JK on 40s speeding down a hill. Not fun.
