Get the Magnaflow CARB one, not sure what they run nowadays but 4 years ago I got mine for $600 installed (both). Probably more expensive now though with the price of palladium going way up

I have been running with only the 2nd cat for about a year now. The upstream cat was deleted when the headers were installed. I would not recommend doing this if you have to pass emissions testing or inspections.

And every so often (seems pretty random) I will get the p0420 code.

I did fine deleting the first cat after installing a header on my 3rz. No CEL except for when I would get exhaust leaks.

Seems unlikely that a new cat will fix all of the issues you are seeing. The P0441 and P0446 codes are not related to catalytic converter functionality.

Have you removed it to visually inspect? Mine indicated the rear cat was bad, o2 voltage and actual temps at the cat. So I pulled the rear cat, looked clean enough, but the gaskets were terrible. Swapped em out and been running great since.

Yes I’m just hoping it will take care of the p0420. I have to find out what is causing other two.

I did find/attempt to repair an exhaust leak right above the flange on the first cat I’m not sure it worked but I can’t feel or see it anymore so I assume it worked but the rear cat must need to be replaced.

Maybe those two are just related to bad cat in the instance.

I would, but both flanges have rusted bolts so I will have to cut off when ready for cat replacement.
