This is a 2020 AWD SE. It has heated seats, the 8" Sync display, and that's about it. I think low to mid 20s would be reasonable for it. Over 30k is nuts. The new CX5s Tourings sticker for just under $30k and they're so much nicer.

It's glaringly obvious that they put all of their effort into their trucks. I have not been impressed with the grocery-getter class vehicles I've seen from them.

I like the looks of the 1911s, but that’s about double my budget, but not out of the question.

the two I hope to put in my hands

A lot of my buddies, many of which are severe gun enthusiasts, are playing with high end airguns right now. Pretty much a bummer when you can't find ammo for your weapon and even when you can it's priced so high it's not worth it.

I have a buddy that said he is not worried about ammo, who knows, maybe I’ll start reloading on the side. Again, this is a just in case laws change purchase. Been thinking about getting one for a few years, but figured when I was ready I’d do it. I don’t want to have to jump through to many hoops or worse not be able to in the future

That would figure. Get rid of all the snow before the Polar Vortex arrives. Par for the course, the last few years.

They put some effort into the higher end vehicles, the Exploder and, my wife's Flex is really nice. That thing rides like a dream and is really comfortable to ride in. And, when you say trucks, you mean the F150. The Super Duty hadn't really received any attention until the 7.3 rolled out. They keep cranking up the power on the diesel but, for the longest time, you couldn't even get a lot of the F150 options on a Super Duty. It's starting to get better now (not that it impacts me with my stripped down XLT).
I tell you what, I've been eyeing them for a while now and doing some research on them. Some of the high end air guns look like they'd be a lot of fun to plink with and 'ammo' is cheap!

I could definitely see them putting a lot of effort into the Explorer--it has to be good to get the police contracts! Although, when GM's contender overheated and went into limp mode during the Michigan State Police test, maybe the competition isn't much to worry about!

Even now, I noticed an F-250 Lariat was cheaper than my F-150 Lariat so I compared them. The F-250 Lariat was more like my old 302a F-150 XLT with Leather. It didn't have many of the things my current truck has.

I pulled up the location on my truck and it sat in the shop for about 3-1/2 hours. As soon as it went back into the lot, I had an email saying the camera issue is all set. I'm going to take a ride down, but is it bad that I have a feeling I'll get there and it's still the same?

They got my cameras to work properly! I'm so happy! Just waiting on a seat blower for my driver's side cooled seat that has a slight vibration to it, but it isn't like I'm using that right now anyway.
