Buyer Beware: KTJO 4X4 Driver's Side Grab Handles w/ A Pillars, HUD, and Bowl Lights

Those policies didn't exist when you purchased... the whole website didn't exist.

 

I have my vote listed as "perfect"... but to be fair, I haven't tried installing it yet.

 

I can't say if some gracious and prompt action on her part would help fix the overwhelmingly negative situation, but you could suggest it.

 

I ordered X-mas day 2019. My order confirmation looks like it came from her website. I really can't remember.

 

Meh, screw it. I'm going for the royal flush. Warranty return and full refund.

 

That was a 2.5 deduction on my side. It says PnP (Hammer to Fit) on every logo. About as bad as M or Shelby badges.

I think it was up and running, but just barely.........and didn't have the capability to figure out shipping either..............derpa derp derp

 

Warranty email sent January 11, 2021.........now the wait

 

I remember some part of it being free shipping early on and then shipping to be calculated later. A few months, sure. A year or more, not a smart move, esp when a lot of group buys or costs over a certain value for even larger stuff will waive it.

 

Plenty of places offer free shipping on $100+ orders. Maybe because this shit part aint worth but maybe $50 she was basing freeshipping decision on that? lol

 

Mail came for the day (on the delivery date), no handle. USPS now says arriving late. At this point it’s in USPS’ hands, but KTJO did screw up sending it parcel select, which is apparently via sled dog or carrier pigeon or something...

I guess it’s a good thing I’m used to waiting.

 

Ive had the truck since brand new March 2016. and have survived nearly 5 years now without the handle. It was an impulse buy since I liked the handle in my 2nd gen. But it's totally unnecessary honestly. It would be nice for those days where I'm just sore, tired, and all my oldish and broken joints just don't want to do what they are told. But I can live without it. If it showed up absolutely perfect? Sure. But for $170 to get mediocre shit? nah fam. Back it goes.

 

Yup. That's my guess. With the shit show, I'm guessing KTJO 4x4 wants every cent of ransom . . For the Community.

 

I wish about 60% of us would return the handle just to make her eat that shit profit of hers.

I've resisted using it after the bent clip fiasco. Don't trust it. It's for pretty now.

 

Oh dude, if I were to install it and it was one of those days my body told me to use it and it failed and I ended up on my ass in the mud or something, I'd be on a plane to Oregon and putting it through the front door

 

You know what would happen there. After seeing a slew of unread return messages in the xxxx@ktjo4x4.com inbox, the plagiarized warranty policy would get its first unique edit to add ". . . no returns on pre-order drivers side handles."
