When you get my age you take pictures so you can remember where stuff goes and how you took it apart

I definitely do that as well. I've got probably 40-50 pictures from taking my 2tr apart for the turbo build. That's a whole other project that is coming along slowly, gotta finish my 76 midget restoration first.

Yeah if you haven't seen my questions and chat in the turbo bs thread, I'm building a 2tr-fe for my taco with a holset he351w turbo, forged internals, every goodie LCE makes for the head, and a few custom parts thanks to @05Taco4x4. And it's all going into this truck eventually.45C139F6-3B0F-46E7-8C50-71E1FF70E793.jpg

I keep meaning to look through that thread and get my DSLR out but my oldest is using it for a photography class. That and I suck.

Hmm, shaft snapper. I needed a new stage name, I think that'll work

I'm kinda glad I don't have to work on stuff that big. Biggest motor we work with are 25HP for the sorters. I did work on big mills, automated plasma and laser cutters and the such for a little bit. Anything to make crane parts. Hated every damn moment of it. I don't mind getting dirty, but that cutting coolant was the most nasty thing to work through. That and all the metal shavings. I still have some embedded in my old boots. I'll stick with conveyors...

That’ll work, I used to have one back when I did mobile welding out of my truck. That was before I put it all on a trailer

Can you show us what this looks like running? The only one I’ve ever seen working is the small one in the bosses office.

What is the printable area on that beast?

Curious how it compares to my Ender 3.

That’s a 3 pro. Same size as the 3 but a different power supply and main board.

I was talking to him the other day and he was telling me there was one cheaper. Must be the one without those two upgrades. I don’t see how they make them and sell them that cheap.

The standard ender 3 can be found for about 160-170, but I don’t think they were that cheap when they first came out. The new cr6-se has a few more features for more money, and I think might be lowering cost/demand for the 3 and 3 pro, which are both good machines for the money. I have the 3pro and half a clue, and even I can print out some neat stuff. I still have an entire printed 22RE in parts I need to assemble.
