I’ve got the poor mans virtus, see no reason to spend 2-3x the money for the same shit.

I agree it’s ridiculous, like the guys posting dracos and N-paps for $1,800.

thats what others are praying on... but I hear you... gotta do what you gotta do to ensure being able to defend yours....

I’m well stocked up but also enjoy shooting a lot. I won’t dip into my “defense stock” tho...

I mostly just need 30-30 (round I shoot the most) and 30-06, and I haven't seen it in months. And I'm going to try and wipe out some hogs with 00 buckshot so I'm looking for some 3" and 3.5". Found a guy willing to sell me some 3" 00 buck, but I haven't decided if I want to pay what he's asking yet lol. Pretty good on 9mm, .45LC, .303, tons of .22, and most everything else I have.

Thinking about picking up a .22 so I can satisfy the urges and avoid paying the crazy prices, myself.

I picked up an M&P22 compact and a M&P15-22 rifle years ago. the wife would go thru 500 rounds of 9mm in one range trip if I let her. A box of 500 22s keeps her happy

I randomly bought a Savage Mark II at the walmart in Kerrville while deer hunting. It was $147 and I couldn't help myself, but I've been blown away by how much fun I have with it. Put a cheap 4x rimfire scope on it and squirrel hunting has quickly become my favorite thing to do when I'm out at my mom and step dad's property in Limestone county. I have like 3000 rounds of various types now, .22 short subs are as quiet as the BB gun I bought my kid for xmas. If the hog hunting doesn't pan out this weekend, I'll be looking for squirrels and rabbits.

haha... nice bait and switch! Lol

wouldn’t mind picking up a M&P15-22 or a G44 myself.... shooting for leisure is getting expensive to us common folks.

    solid plan there.
