Thanks for that recommendation. It’s a decent price with a lot of functionality. And if it tanks, I’m not out a ton of cash. I ended up ordering it from Amazon.

Have the multi 3x36 mentioned above. Fit my old craftsman and just picked one up for my dad for his hirthday because he liked it so much. Been a great little tool. Takes material off fast and is good for shaping material

Then since I tend to get 50 or more questions a day at work I answer one at a time after 10 plus years it is just a habit even if I knew all that fancy stuff I would most likely would not use it.

Then once I am done the answer and question are gone

Got rid of my old Lincoln buzz box and Northern Tool brand 110V flux wire welder and "upgraded" to the Titanium Unlimited 200 multi-process. I can't believe how light it is compared to the two transformer machines it replaced. The TIG torch leaves a little to be desired, but I don't think I'll be using it much. 99% home hobby welding MIG and stick.

    Once again, it's fucked!PXL_20210111_224752936.jpg
How does this place make any money? Are they insuring it for 5 times the price I paid?!

How do start a pole? Do I ask for a refund or ask for another spool?

At this point I am really curious if this wire can ever show up damage free.

Where are you ordering it from? I’ve ordered a bunch of plastic spools from Amazon and cyber weld and have never had a problem like this

I have seen how the people loading those trucks throw things I have seen over loaded trucks boxes bounce off the shelves .

I gotta wonder if you want to pm that is fine.

Are you buying wire off refused pallets from a third party ?

Wire being shipped UPS does not look like the box your showing unless it was damaged in transit

I saw wire being received at different distributors with no problems .

Now and then a Plastic Spool or card board gets dropped but most often at the distributor.

If you really are solid on going with this company, you can get some really thin gauge sheet metal and cut it in the right size circle to add to the outside of the spool.

But I agree with what was said above, but local and be worry free.

Just doesn’t seem worth the hassle of going around and around with them again, unless you’re already set for wire and don’t need this for a while

Just curious, approximately how much $$ is this mail order place saving vs buying local?

True, I'm set for wire. going the internet route saves me about $30. I agree, It is nowhere worth it going thruthe net.

I also don't like posting negative reviews. I might have no choice but to burn them down.

Guess I'm just gonna have to nut, er, mask up and visit my local Air Gas. they give me good rates, so I go no excuse not giving them my business.
