    Thought that was pretty cool.

    Had to learn how to put tire chains on so I figured I'd make my life easier and try it on the 35s considering they are off the truck right now.
    Pretty easy and straight forward to put on.
    They don't fit my 35s unfortunately though, but will fit my 33s skinys which I run during the winter anyway.
    It just dawned on me that I have 4 sets of extra tire chains that I received in the tractor when I picked it up.
    So of course the extra chains are going on the Taco:bananadance:

    I saw a sick Taco when I was driving up here, I wish I could have taken a pic.
    It was 3rd gen built and had awesome looking fender flares on it that matched.
    It was badass!!!

    Haven't seen any moose on my way up here but 8 deer ran out in front of me:annoyed:
    Lucky for them no one else was around me when it happened so I was able to steer around them.

    Too late now but when I’ve had to deal with this in the past, slowly letting the jack down so the trucks weight is on the wheel usually works. Keep an extra jack stand or wheel under in case the jack moves or fails when the wheel loosens.

    I finished and tested my new diy inflator/deflator, thanks to Shellshocks thread.

    I have been using a little craftsman 12v air pump to get my tires back to regular pressure after wheeling for a couple years now, and its done its job. But, Christmas treated me to a new
    $240 Viair 400p - 40043 Portable Compressor Kit. Tire Pump, Truck/SUV Tire Inflator, For Up to 35" Tires
    Viair 400p auto and I’m psyched because the old one took forever, and by the time I was finished with the last tire, the pump and air line were extremely hot.

    I have been following Shellshocks diy inflator/deflator for a bit, knowing I wanted to get a better tire inflation system. With his diy inflator, you can air up (or air down) two tires at the same time. It can be built to inflate/deflate all four tires, if you wanted, but I keep my rears and front tires at different pressures so it made sense to stick to just two.

    I also picked up a case at Harbor Freight to keep the new compressor, air tools, and air line all organized and safe.

    The wife's tire light came on and I got around to using everything for the first time. So much quicker. Can’t wait to put all of this to use on the trails.
