    That’s what I thought.
Yeah, I went and looked at the price tag on the PDW after I looked at the brace and decided that I just need a bare buffer
It would be cool to have the PDW brace with my 4.75” 9mm upper and a suppressor, but I don’t know if they offer a 9mm BCG for the special system.

I ended up buying a sling, Light, BUIS, and some other accessories (QD sling mounts, KAG handstop, etc.) tonight just to finish up the pistol build. I think it’s about 2K that primary arms has gotten from me over the past 3 days....

Dropped in a CMC Flat trigger (3.5lbs) and a Magpul MOE-K2. Feels real nice!

On a 11.5" PSA 5.56 upper, 80% lower or a new 100%, CMMG lower parts kit, leftover milspec trigger (for now), Anderson Milspec buffer.

    CMC trigger
    PSA upper
    Magpul
    Burris PEPR
    Nikon 2.5x10

Put this together over a period of about 3-4 years. Got the stripped lower off a local FFL new for $75, caught a couple sales at PSA and used a bunch of Cabelas points to make this total out under $900.

How did I do with cable management? The cable has some room to move, it’s not cinched down around it. Go gentle on me, it’s my first time

Wire is bent a little tight. Flip the pad around and try again :D

Looks like a pretty short handguard so I assume your thumb is going to be positioned more forward so flipping the pad to have the button up front closer to your thumb might be better.

Also, get the arisaka mount and ditch the pic rail section and stock mount. Makes it much more low profile and not much added cost.

Only piece of advice I can give is if anyone wants a combo magnifier to get a red dot with nothing larger than a 1 MOA or else you can't hit anything past 100 yards consistently

Nice collection but might be time to sell some and invest in a few optics :boink:

What would I be doing wrong? Just curious to see if there's something I can adjust.. Without the magnifier, I can ping an 8 inch plate from 100 yards no problem. As soon as I flip the 3x magnifier, it makes the 2moa red dot almost cover the entire plate and any slight misalignment makes the shot 3x worse

Get the Holosun 503g with the acss reticle. It's a chevron with a point to put on the target. Has a CQB ring that you can turn on and off. Works perfect with my 3x.
