Having never served I will not vote! With that said I would be honored to have any of the special forces as friends and the last thing I ever want is even one as my enemy. Thank you all for serving!

Amen. Those FMF corpsmen are pretty outstanding.

I'm not one of them, just your regular dumpy medical officer. You know, "working out is 50% mental" so I get a good half-work out a day.

Note to self: get in shape.

LOL typical Marine response. "Marines are the best" boohhoo wahhh. Shut up. I fucking hate wannabe badasses. If Marines were so bad ass why did the Army bail you out in Fallujah? Oh Snap.

    Back on topic.

Navy corpsman do rock. I broke my foot while active and I got my cast wet and the closest base was a Naval base and this beautiful woman corpsman came in, cut off my cast and massaged my leg and foot and sponge washed it then recasting it. The Army had a E-4 cast my foot and casted it wrong.

Don't forget about the Army AWG.

Like I said before, all units do outstanding work. None better than others, but I agree may do better in certain circumstances.

SAS was cool to work with. They would get bored in the 'Green Zone' and would fly over to our base to snipe some bad guys for shits n gigs. Great bunch.

I'm going to suggest you secure that shit right there. I'm not going to do the whole Army vs Marine thing with you - but I'm not going to do the "Army bailed out the Marines in Fallujah" BS either. I'm not going to get into it - but secure that trash right there.

Yeah... gotta say, I agree with this. The 'main' Fallujah battle DID have army units, but IIRC, it was armor attached to the USMC.

Read "No True Glory." Lots of politics were in place with that whole debacle, including the start/stop in April and the full-bore attack in December.

Thank you, they are, but they are old. These were taken in 1987 while we were in the Med.

Why does the Army say "hooooah"?

Because they're trying to say "ooooh-rah" like the Marines but with a dick in their mouths. :D:p;)

secure yourself. I call it like I see it. If someone is going to come and say the Marines are the best, I'm going to call. If you don't like it grow a pair. I'm not saying the Army is better, my point was all branches do their part. Enough said

Lol what it all comes down to in the end really guys is....who kills the best, the fastest and quietest? Honestly, each one is trained to the highest possible standards for their branch to do what they do the best they can=killing the bad guy...just like the rest of us who are not spec ops. You will always see this argument in the service, who's the best? Guys, AMERICA is the best! We all fight along side each other...and when it comes down to the nitty gritty we all need each other to do what we do. So, hat's off to all my fellow servicemen and women, keep serving, stay strong and be safe out there!

I don't really give a shit about the whole Army vs Marine thing... I've done that bar fight to many times now, I've learned that the winner is whoever gets their MPs to show up first!

As for the Army bailing out the Marines in Fallujah - whatever. One Armored unit riding around tracks doesn't count. If you pound the ground hard enough your going to find a situation where an .50 cal would sound great. But I guess even Spec Ops are pussies to you too since they call in for support from time to time also. Must be hard to be a Bad MFer in your world.

Have some very good friends who are in group so I am partial to the army folks. Everyone has their own unique skill set and those that make it to any military special command have gone above and beyond the normal. Hat's off to them all.
