I got the drivers side in and am wrapping up the passenger side now. Had to make a chick fil a run of course.

I ended up only needing a hose clamp on one of the sensors for the passenger side. It was enough to turn on the airbag.

No. You only want those if your truck is caged. Maybe one day though, if I ever decide to tackle an internal cage.

Was a pita to get the sensors working “correctly” but I got it. The passenger airbag is always on but since I’m an access cab, I can turn them off as needed since I have a switch. Haven’t driven the truck yet but I’m happy with them for the price. They’re firm but I think they’ll be just fine. Once I get more seat time I’ll let you know if I hate them.

I like how the seat color matches your lumber, and the plastic trim. :101010: Mostly your lumber tho!

The first time someone needs to sit in the back after I remove my seats I will be kicking myself in the ass, but damn I want to do it so bad! @rnish did his and it looks fantastic. That was the first I've seen in person. It would be so much nicer for gear and especially the puppy. I bought one of those hammock things for back there and it has come in handy but more room would be more room.

That’s originally why I built the platform! For tony. That way his paws couldn’t slip down into a hole and break while off-road. It’s so handy

I’m actually going to redo the back platform pretty soon. I want to be able to slide my tool case and recovery case underneath, one on each side. That way it’s a more “permanent” storage solution and I don’t need to remove it every wheeling trip. And it’ll save space in the bed too.

Yea, I really like the idea a lot. The hammock I bought is cheap and great. I can't believe all the details that went into it for less than $35.00, however, I can definitely see the benefit of a platform.

Some pics from my trip this weekend. I’m glad I have photographer friends since I only took 3 photos.

If you have a good harness bar you can run them.

Does that mean a crib on one side and a changing table on the other?

No, this truck will most likely never be kid friendly. We are discussing getting a GMC 2500HD AT4 and a FourWheelCamper for the new family trip rig and this becoming a weekend toy.
