I still can't believe bitcoin is worth $40K. I remember when it was the new thing and worth about $100 to some crackheads trading prostitutes. Now banks can trade and store it. Craziness.

Oh there will be some mods all right
Yeah, I remember when it was starting out and I thought it was a waste of time and money. Then it got bigger and I thought the bubble was going to pop at any moment. Then it took off like a rocketship. It hurts to think how much money could've been made.

A friend of a friend bought a used car (12k) for 27 bit coin back in the day cashing out when it started to decline thinking that it was the end, can only imagine how hard he's kicking himself now.

Maybe I should start mining and see if I can't get a full coin to be my retirement nest egg.

Buddy of mine mined BTC back in 2012. Always thought he was silly and wasting his time.

Can't really profit from BTC mining these days, I don't think.
Chalk it up to a missed opportunity.
In '12 I was living paycheck to paycheck in the barracks, didn't know shit about cryptos or investing.
I just wanted to use my PC for gamez. Not whatever 'bitcoin' was.

GPUs are like last years old laundry for data mining. There is no longer a need for them when there are specialty boxes 1000X more efficient at less cost.

Still there are stupid people that look at old YouTube videos and think they will be the next Parker Schnabel by buying up all the current ones for their gold rush.

It just leaves those that want to play games in high def in the dark.

It didnt exactly have a great start. People dont seem to remember Mt. Gox. Couple that in with Ethereum's semi-rough start with the DAO. Early days werent exactly promising lol. Like everything though looking back you can say missed out. But wasnt like investing in Amazon or apple where it was an actual company.

BTC is still a shit project by today's standards. Its turned into nothing but an investment like gold. Nobody is going to actually use it for anything. Especially when transaction fees are >$5 bucks each (even topped $30 bucks back in October)

Now you just need to swap the G910 out for a G915 and you'll be pure computer sex.

Ah, G815 then like me. I said G915 because baller money lol.

I run two G815s, one for work and one on my personal. I also used to have the G910 and I've had many other mechanical keyboards. The low profile G815/G915 is untouchable, once you type or play on one you understand why guys like JayzTwoCents and Linus run them on their personal computers. The full travel combined with really low resting position feels great.

No baller money here, just a bunch of YOLO lmao. Got tired of constantly chasing baby steps and ripped off the bandaid. As long as I don't do any math I don't think I'll regret it... Sold my old rig and realized my gaming laptop couldn't handle something as simply as Warzone with a 970m and regretted it immediately which put a hurry on things. That's a clean keyboard, I'll have to look into that later this year after I recoup.

Oh there will be some mods all right
One of my fans makes a little rattling noise and a squeak now and then. Don't feel like figuring out which one it is so I'll just wait till it gets worse.
