It makes a huge difference. This is my third year long lease in a house with a yard in a row. Accumulating shit like appliances, lawn care tools, regular tools, spare parts, and POS vehicles makes it harder and harder every year. I think my garage/shed hold 90% of the shit I own.

yeah, you kind of need to buy something or see if the landlord will sell it to you before it gets any deeper is what I'm hearing.

I miss it a lot. I lived in New Castle when life was much simpler. So had time to wheel and camped every single weekend. Not to mention that I could literally ride my bike for 30 seconds out of the garage to hit BLM land and mtb trails. Front range living makes me sad

I am highly considering asking if they will sell. But it is unlikely since they just bought a new house in the next town over and we are the first renters they have had

Yeah, i remember you mentioning that. I had never considered it much more than an emergency stop on i70 haha

My friends are pushing me to move to Eagle county. I think I'd like it out there but I would have to give up a lot

I know the C word is a touchy subject but I'm not going to endorse any restaurant that has that many outbreaks.

If I wanted to wait in line for a soggy burger and get sick I'd go to McD so i don't have to leave the neighborhood

Aren't there more coming as well? I stopped at the grocery store before meeting up with @Martyinco this morning and saw a couple walking in with SILVERLAKE canvas bags... More LA folk "escaping" to the front range with new CO plates...

I'd like to thank the californians for bumping the home prices in my neighborhood drastically. I just hope that I can afford to move wherever I'd like on the west slope when the time comes.
