Why is the Glock an issue in mass?
I don’t plan to carry daily, pretty sure the school board would frown on that, so staying away from the mini ones. I’m a big guy, so I’ll focus on the bigger ones. From my research, the bigger ones are better to shoot as a learner anyways. So it will be better if/when my kids want to shoot. And if I ever have to use it, I want more rounds to ensure I increase the chances of my survival. I love revolvers but that empty click on pull 7 is way earlier than 17.

I will start by saying I don’t know the detailed in’s and out’s of the rules. To my knowledge to sell a firearm in MA you have to submit a number of each model (say 50 of every model gun you intend to sell in the state) to the state for testing. They go through a testing phase and then have a specific list of requirements all guns sold in MA must meet (external safety, 10 round magazine max, etc) as well. It’s always seemed like Glock had no interest in going through all these hoops set fourth by the state to sell here and so they never did. They’re doing just fine without us haha. Now their are loopholes that people work around so you can get them. The big one being LEOs can buy them specifically for a duty purpose firearm intended to be carried during work. They can then sell them legally to civilians. That’s the very shortened and mostly accurate synopsis haha.

I think frame/handgrip length is more important than actual size. The G17 is long and fairly heavy which does improve recoil management but on 9mm it’s not a big recoil to begin with. I found the length of the handgrip most important as it made the gun feel solid in my hand. The benefit to a compact-er size guns is easier to conceal if you ever want and it’s more friendly to smaller hands/females/children.

@Clark27 you will not find a better more reliable affordable awd wagon than a subaru or volvo
there is a reason the subaru and volvo are so popular here in the north east

anyone who tells you other wise is either dumb or just bitter because of bad luck with service or lack there of typically

there are plenty of other nice (and much nicer) awd wagons out there, but none of them will check as many boxes as a subaru or volvo, at least not without spending more money (a lot more)

Yeah I was going to add Volvo to the list. I know people who love Subaru but it’s never been my cup of tea. I’ve been in and driven a handful of them and never been impressed.

For a while before getting the wifes infiniti, I was very much considering a wagon. The one of prefer over any would probably be an e-class. And for reliability e350 6cyl. My parents have an 08 e350 sedan. Had a couple of minor things but it's been a pretty great car for them

I want the amg. But I'm leery of buying one at the price I could afford. I can't pay new money on a used car mentally, especially not a benz. But they are supposed to be great, I just have no idea if I bought a 3-4 year old one...would it last?

After extensive searching for a muffler that will fit my current setup without cutting And welding stainless on my mid pipe or turndown hanger, I found only 2 options. Looks like magnaflow will be it

my co-worker was split between purchasing a 2017 C63 Amg or a 2019 mustang GT with a whipple, dropped on coilovers.
I convinced him into the mustang. The AMG May hold value and be cooler but the cost of service and parts over 150,000 miles or so would be the cost of a new engine or trans installed in the mustang

buying a car like that is 50% finding the proper previous owner / seller
honestly amg cars are much more reliable than people give credit, its just that people beat the piss out of them at every red light and then mostly neglected by their cheap ass owners leasing them

in the end whatever issues those cars have end up very well documented and ends up being something easily fixed (with some parts/money)

Might not be a bad idea..could get a feel for whether the licensing officer would approve or deny me anyway

Or do the Bodhi as you remind people to vote

Not as effective as a naked man running to the pool and doing naked cannonballz

Oh it's a federal, I wasn't aware of that part. I presume that goes for all firearms or just LTC?

Stupid..problem is I don't want to think about the cost I'd incur to this.
