Window regulator

I need to replace the regulator in my drivers side door. I have the new one, and it looks...complicated. If anyone who has done it before would chime in with any tips before I start tearing stuff apart, please chime in

That’s a good video to watch anytime just to be sure you understand the procedure, regardless if you don’t ever need to remove the door panel.
