I got 2” spacers to clear bypasses. This is the current thread engagement from hub to spacer. I got about 3 threads from flush. Does this look right?

    Any Solutions?

I had this issue with mine. I drilled the hole out on the bora spacers so they would accept an ET style open ended lug. I think it was a 3/4" drill bit to be big enough for the ET shank to fit in and still snug enough not to wallow around a lot and not get rid of all the taper in the seat for the lug nut.

Where'd you get the 2" ones I'm going to need a set.

Sounds dangerous.. don’t want the wheel to fly off and hurt someone or myself... or my cargo (wife and kids).

Nah it's not I've wheeled the shit out of mine and put over 40k miles on them now on 35s doing just fine. The other option is take your axles out and put longer studs in from ARP or someone like that.

Not sure but they are long and pretty sure they won't just pop in without taking apart the axle. I could be wrong

You still thinking of 1.5” spacers? On 2” I’d go with longer studs that’s too close for comfort for me.

I have 2" bora on the rear of my truck and the thread engagement looks the same. Same with my 1.25" spidertrax in the front. Never had an issue, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you thread lock? I would say blue Loctite.

Nope, no thread locker. But I'm always wrenching on the truck so the torque gets checked every 3-4 months.

Bora states in their instructions to torque to manufacturer wheel specs. I do 85 for both spacers and wheels. They also state to not use locktite.
