@JimboAnz or anyone else, what is the best way to sell ammo? Given the current prices I think I should be able to get a dollar a round. Don't really need it since I swapped to .300 BLK

 

I have had luck by word of mouth, armslist (not free to list anymore though) and local MeWe pewpew forums.

 

Just paid .80/round for some .556. Maybe sit on it a month or so and sell for more than $1/rnd?

I should sell my AR15 for double what I've got in it...It's an Anderson lower (I think), PSA upper, stainless 1/8 barrel, Magpul furniture, 2 pmags, 60rds of .556...very basic build, and never even been shot

I'd be willing to trade for a Glock 17 or 21

I'll probably keep it, to be fair. Would really like to find a Glock though...the AR was my HD gun, but then I was told to lock it away because of the kids. Easier to "hide" a pistol than a full size AR.

Disregard. I just ordered a new lower to go with this extra 5.56 upper I already had.

 

Should be able to trade it for one of those easily. I still need to shoot my G43x

 

AR is better HD gun can keep mag in gun and none in chamber your kids aren't strong enough to load on in chamber. Or do what I did and have them learning about guns from the get go. Mine will clean knows where they are and ignores them. She also knows to go get an adult if she finds one just laying out. Teach them young to respect the dangerous things and to use them responsibly and then you'll have less worry later on.

But if you really want to sell it I call dibs after @Bannerman you can never have too many.

Your LGS didn't have any lowers sitting on the shelf. It seems like every GS around here has a Anderson, PSA, or other similar quality lowers in stock ready to sell. Plus a few ready to rock uppers.

 

Hard to beat $219.

 

Anderson lower at my LGS for 89.99 and I can get LPK for around 100 with the standard buffer, tube, and stock. Just gotta put in the time. I got a few stripped lowers for 49.99 back in the day now those are a lot more.
