if anyone comes across a Glock 17 or 21 at a LGS and can pick it up for me that'd be great :anonymous:

I'll venmo or paypal you the money and will provide a bill of sale, copy of my DL, and a pistol permit to transfer it from you to me.

yeah I don't really have time to go around looking for them. I'm not desperate for one, but I'm also not going to go around during my freetime wasting half a day trying to find one either.

Yeah stripped lowers can still be had for $50 I think but 219 for a complete lower seemed pretty ok.

 It's not a horrible price but for basic biotch parts that aren't high end I think the 1hr or so of my time is worth the savings especially if I was going to use that time to watch tv or something I can do the 2 at once. Also being a lefty and well IMO I think they should be built as ambi as possible which means veering away from the standard kits.

Left handed AR builds get a little pricey quick. That's why I'm usually shooting my AK's, couple little mods and they are perfect for me.

Anyone have any good areas to shoot rifles? I have not shot much rifle stuff since moving to Charlotte. Just a lot of USPSA matches.

Well if I can avoid shipping and FFL transfer fee that's $50 saved right there.

I've got several they don't get that pricey pick your parts wisely. I've got several that if you bought them as complete rifles they'd be in the 2g+ catagory they were a little ~1200 to build. That's using premium products, dual stage triggers, bad lever, ambi safety, ambi raptor charging handle, BUS, red dot, premium barrels chambered in wylde, better brakes, upper end BCGs, all Magpul furniture, on Aero matched receivers. Similar rifles without optics from the likes of DD or other top end manufactueres would be in the 2500 price range. This cost me about what a mid priced standard S&W M&P or Springfield would cost.

Go do a weekend training course you shoot both hands. I can do just fine at righty only guns but having the ambi stuff and competing in competitions of SHTF situations where righty might not work having the lefty to do so can be advantageous in some scenarios.

That's pricey for an Anderson! My LGS has stripped Aero lowers for $100.

I shoot left handed also. The only thing I change is ambi safety, BAD lever and charging handle.

Pretty much. Parts of the country have been burned, destroyed and looted in “mostly peaceful protests” off and on for a year with little condemnation and sometimes encouragement from those who could quell it. I worry the precedent has been set on how to act when you feel disenfranchised....like a deranged lunatic with no fear of consequences.

I have some views on the storming of the capitol and elitism of the "ruling" class. But those are ban worthy. This was not the time.
