I can do some digging. All my contacts are commercial.

 

we're trying to build a single family, had a ri gc all lined up and everything was good, and then the bank said no. every other gc i've talked to won't get back to us

I think that needs bedroom time not a GC..

Just bustin em..but seriously, I don't have someone for that type of work. Just had a guy do a repair on my deck this summer and more recnetly someone did a metal roof, but not a one stop guy unfortunately

It'll have the 10-speed too. I love my 10-speeds. They're awesome when towing.

Yeah, I want the 10 spd too. That truck is actually perfect, but I called that place and I don't think they actually have it. They tell me it's in "inspection" and it might take a week??

 

Interesting. CarFax indicates it was a Canadian truck, this dealer got it, but doesn't look like they sold it yet.

 

Yeah they tried to get me to tell them all the features I wanted and to look at other cars on the website. That seemed odd so I told them to call me if they can find the vehicle I called about.

The factory controller is 100% integrated, that's why you have to have the dealership turn it on for you. If you look at the interior photos, below the silly trailer backer upper thing, there's a little cubby hole. The brake controller goes there. There's a plug behind the cubby, you literally plug it in and then you have to go into the ECU to turn it on. From there, it will show up in your dash with options to name and save trailers, set up the braking effort, etc. On my '13, I bought the part for $150, installed it myself in a little over an hour and then the dealer charged me 30 minutes to activate it. You might have to check to make sure the relay is installed under the hood also. Usually, if it's not installed, it's in a baggy in the glove box but you'll need it if you want the truck to charge the trailer while you're driving.

Very odd that they'd order it with tow mirrors but no brake controller.
