    I just checked our stock pile and only thing I can find 3 1/2" wide is 1/2" thick UHMW :sorry:

    Yep, where i work thatd be seen as wall thickness. We do get drawings like that and I always laugh, because it goes through several hands before it gets to me. I think they do it just to mess with us.

    Wheels painted and new tires put on the guy gave us when we bought it. The old ones were about half worn out and two of them leaked.

    The front rack is a mess. Starting over and making it into a basket rack. It looks the same shape as the old one and the one I drew, not sure why it looks different in these pictures.
