I'v been running them for years. Never had any issues and they are great in the snow.

I'm in no rush to buy tires but brand name ones are $300/ea for my fullsize, probably get a new set this summer.

I never had any complaints about KO2 traction either with both sets I had, and I used them a bunch on snowy 4x4 trails. But they do get a lot of hate for their traction/performance on here.

I won't buy them again though because they would get cut up and chunks would go missing off the tread like crazy, never had that issue on my STMaxx.

I'll stick with my Toyos. I'm way over BFG tires. They were great back in the late 90s when I first ran them but they went to shit. The Toyos I run now hold up great, do well in snow, rain mud and are made in the USA.

I'm trying to decide if I'm gonna stick to the old man Michelins or swap to a mild AT like the Cooper AT3 XLT

Seems to happen when anything starts to become increasingly popular, back when I joined the forum in 2016, KO2s were all anybody would recommend on here. A few years later, there's more hate than anything else lol.

Everyone loves Coopers right now (STT Pros, STmaxx etc), but I bet in a couple years they'll start getting on the hate wagon too

I was impressed with the Falken AT3W on the X 4runner but all the reviews say the sidewalls are too soft for towing

Check out the Toyo AT3 LT tires. That's what I'm running now. Very under-rated tires.

My truck came with BFG KOs (not KO2s) and they were so bald they barely had traction on dry pavement. I've been on cooper at3 xlts for the last 4 months and they've been excellent on street, dirt, and gravel roads. I'll be taking them in snow for the first time this weekend.

Any time anything gets popular haters come out. I loved the General Grabbers back in the late 90s. looks like they are on version 3 now.

You can buy license plate lights that are LEDs integrated into the bolts that hold the plate on.

Yeah I've seen them just didn't like how the light wasn't directed really towards the plate.

Light I got is DOT3 and directs to the plate.

I'll order one up as my temporary setup is done :duh:

Now if I was able to lock in my gas can in place...that light could be a permanent fix :anonymous:
