Bumper Super Store

As the title says are they a legit company? I recently purchased a bumper from them, got invoice 3 days after purchase. The website says the bumper is in-stock.. now they are saying its a 2-3 month wait for the bumper... any one purchase from this company. Thanks

Edit: Update. Spoke with cj today she is the only one in the office. Strange they answer if you return the senders call from voice-mail. Back ordered. Waiting on manufacture to make more, 2 week wait on a body armor.. sold

Edit: Bumper drop shipped from MFG in Ohio. Arrive Fkt, box had a chunk missing and middle was blown apart. Half ass tape job. Bumper has a few small gouges and is missing all hardware, brackets, and instructions. WHAT a joke..

It's a reputable site, I bought from them a couple years ago. Ask them to refund you if you don't want to wait. Or, ask if they have a similar bumper in stock.

 

Bought mine from them. Showed up beat to hell. They offered full exchange of a substantial discount. I took the discount. $4 for some spray paint and I was in business. I would suggest calling them. Their customer support was above average.

 

Thank you I read that a lot ofthe bumpers come missed up from freight. I am currently on hold going on 55mins.

 

I'd doubt they keep them in a warehouse, they drop ship from the manufacturer, most likely. After you ordered, they probably called the manufacturer and were told it's out of stock.

Mine was damaged because the manufacturer didn't pack it well. Well, should I say they didn't pack it well to be shipped UPS. I'm sure if they had a stack of them strapped to a pallet that was going to a 4wheelparts warehouse that you would pick up in store, it would be fine.

 

Maximum hold time has been reached.. no emails back wtf

If you don't want the bumper after they said it was in stock and you can't get through to them, send an email telling them to cancel the order and refund your cc. If they don't, call your cc company and charge it back.

 

Bumper arrived, randomly. Box torn open and half ass tape and cardboard job. Opened it up, no hardware, brackets or instructions to install this. Bumper has a few scratches on it down to the metal. I would avoid this company.

Pretty Piss poor shipping operations and way to contact them is ABSURD!!

 

Fab Fours by chance? That is pretty much what mine looked like. They say they are not packaged for UPS shipping.

 

Their website states they ship LTL and UPS does not ship LTL its a Body armour
