Yep. Lotus only made the outer tulip stronger. So you have the same stock inboard tulip. That will fail. Lotus warranty is only one year. RCV is for life.

RCVs are surviving 37s on steel beadlocks, dual cases, and a locker on the crawler. Now I've gone and jinxed it

 

I'm not happy about the RCV in the rear that blew up but it was a 19 spline so it was foreseeable
